₹9,999 once for this standard installation package. No recurring software licence fee, per-user fee or additional CYNAYD charge for the package.

Can our organisation add any number of users?

Yes. There is no user-count cap or per-user charge. Your administrator can create user accounts as needed. Server resources must suit your team size and workload.

What does lifetime-free software mean?

You can continue using the installed core CRM under its applicable licence without recurring software licence charges. This does not promise lifetime maintenance, future vendor updates or a permanently managed server.

Who provides the server?

Your organisation provides and operates a compatible server/VPS, including any infrastructure costs it pays directly to its provider. CYNAYD installs the CRM there. Server hosting is not supplied in the ₹9,999 package.
